Pick your seats first, then add the AI crew if you want it. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed to start.

• CRM: $150/month. 1 seat, up to 4 active campaigns, CRM only.
• CRM + AI: $250/month. 1 seat with the AI daily briefing, AI panel and agent crew.
• Team: $650/month. Up to 5 seats, unlimited campaigns, shared roster and cover handovers, CRM only.
• Team + AI: $1,150/month. Up to 5 seats with all AI tools included.

More than 5 people or custom needs: unlimited seats, custom onboarding, SSO and SAML, dedicated CSM. Contact us for a quote.

What exactly am I paying for?

Seats, plus an optional AI upgrade. CRM is $150/month for one person, or $250/month with the AI tools included. Team covers up to five people at $650/month, or $1,150/month with AI. Above five people, we quote you.

Is it really flat pricing, no per-campaign fees?

Yes. CRM runs up to 4 active campaigns at a time; Team and bigger plans are unlimited. Creators, briefs, contracts, portals, QRs and invoices are unlimited on every plan, and we never charge per creator or per tracked click.

How does the free trial work?

The 14-day free trial needs no card to start. When the trial ends and you want to keep using Brief, you pick a plan and add a card at checkout. You're billed monthly at your plan's price from then on, and you can cancel anytime.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move from CRM to CRM + AI, or up to Team and Team + AI, the moment you hire. Billing is prorated automatically and you manage it yourself from Settings → Billing.

What happens if I add a sixth person?

Team covers up to five seats. When you need a sixth, get in touch and we'll quote a plan that fits.

Do clients and creators need a paid seat?

No. Clients and creators access their portals and one-pagers through secure links without an account, and they never count against your seats.

Is the AI usage capped?

The AI tools cover the daily briefing, the AI panel and the agent crew, with fair-use limits. We'll tell you if you're anywhere near them, most teams never are.

How do I cancel?

One click in Settings → Billing. No calls, no emails. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you can export your data before you go.
